Committees assist the Board of Directors in executing portions of the Strategic Business Plan as well as recommending decisions related to the specific topic of the committee. OTHER SIGNIFICANT DUTIES

  • 1st Vice President shall maintain and update the Board’s strategic and tactical business plan and Board operating procedures and guidelines.
  • 2nd Vice President shall be responsible for drafting the AzAA budget for the upcoming year, auditing annual financial results, and evaluating the association’s means of revenue generation.
