2026 Gold Level Annual Sponsorship (January 01, 2026)

The yearly sponsorship amount for the Gold Level is $5,000.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2026.

Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference ($2,500 and $1,500 respectively) to select individual sponsorship opportunities. Any opportunities selected that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.

Sponsors are welcome to "buy up" to increase their sponsorship visibility at Fall or Spring Conference. If additional opportunities are purchased, your tier for that conference only will be adjusted.

You may select up to $2,500 in credits for Spring Conference and $1,500 for Fall Conference when completing the form.

Gold Sponsor Benefits

Logo on the printed program and mobile app
Sponsor recognition will be given at selected event by a conference committee or board member
Conference name tag will include a distinctive ribbon recognizing all company attendees as a sponsor
Includes 2 full conference registrations or 1 exhibit booth registration
Sponsor will have 3 minutes during the conference to introduce themselves and their company
Priority consideration by the planning committee as a session moderator

Additional Annual Sponsor Benefits

Logo on homepage (conference logos on conference page)
Complimentary Associate Memberships (3 available for Gold Level)
Logo included on general association emails
Benefits by event remain the same at the selected level

2026 Silver Level Annual Sponsorship (January 01, 2026)

The yearly sponsorship amount for the Silver Level is $3,500.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2026.

The yearly sponsorship amount for the Bronze Level is $2,000.00. Sponsors will receive recognition at all AzAA events in 2026.

Annual sponsors will receive a "credit" towards Spring and Fall Conference ($500 and $500 respectively) to select individual sponsorship opportunities. Any opportunities selected that exceed the amount of credit per event will be invoiced to the sponsor.

You may select up to $500 in credits for the Spring Conference and $500 for the Fall Conference when completing the form.
