Sponsorship Opportunities

Bronze Level - $750 - $999

Logo will appear on the AzAA website through Fall Conference
Recognition of the sponsor will be given at a selected event by a conference committee or board member.
Conference name tag will include a distinctive ribbon recognizing all company attendees as a sponsor.

Silver Level - $1,000 - $1,249

All benefits included in the Bronze Level.
Includes one (1) full conference registration.
Sponsor will have a two (2) minute opportunity during the conference to introduce themselves and their company to attendees.

Gold Level - $1,250 and over

All benefits included in the Bronze Level.
Sponsor will have a three (3) minute opportunity during the conference to introduce themselves and their company to attendees.
Includes two (2) full conference registration or one (1) exhibit booth registration.

Golf Sponsorship Opportunities

All individual sponsorship opportunities include the level sponsorship benefits listed above in addition to the additional benefits noted.

2026 AzAA "Walter Burg" Fall Conference (October 07, 2026)

The conference starts on Wednesday, October 7 with the Welcome Reception from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Legacy Golf Club. Conference sessions will begin at 8:00 and go until 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 8 at the Desert Willow Conference Center. Members, be sure you are signed into your membership account prior to registering in order to receive the discounted pricing.

Welcome Reception Tickets are Available! Tickets are available for purchase at $40 each for the Welcome Reception. To register a guest for the Welcome Reception, please enter your guest's information on your registration form and purchase an additional ticket. You can also purchase additional tickets by emailing Amirah Rogers or calling (480)403-4618.

Golf Outing

A golf outing will take place on Wednesday, October 7 at 1:30 PM at the Legacy Golf Club in Phoenix. Registration is $120 per player and can be added during registration. If you need to pay for gold separately, please select the option to 'Pay Later' and contact our office to submit payment.
