Arizona Aviation and Aerospace Day at the Capitol

Arizona Aviation and Aerospace Day at the Capitol is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2020 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. This premier event is a state-wide industry opportunity to promote the variety and vitality of aviation and aerospace in Arizona and to meet with state legislators personally and individually.

We will occupy the lawn directly in front of the state capitol with static displays and demonstrations, a large welcome tent with table-top displays and a luncheon. The governor, legislators and the State Transportation Board members will receive an invitation to join in the festivities and visit with industry representatives.

Table Sponsorship Opportunities 

We invite you to support Aviation and Aerospace Day at the Capitol by becoming a table sponsor. Each table is $500. Table sponsor details are provided below: 

• Each table will be approximately six feet by thirty inches for tabletop display. One table (including linen) is provided per sponsorship.

• Total exhibit space will be limited to seven feet by five feet to ensure adequate circulation space in the tent. 

• Sponsor-provided banners can be hung either in front of or behind your table. 

• Preferred exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To view the layout of tables, please click here. Please note electrical hookups are not available. 

• Interactive displays are encouraged and space for larger outdoor exhibits on the lawn are available upon request. 

Each sponsor will be provided with two luncheon tickets. Additional luncheon tickets are $25 each.

Cash Sponsorship Available 

Cash sponsorships in lieu of a table display are also gratefully accepted. Your organization will receive recognition during the event and on the event banner. Cash sponsorships of $100-$499 will receive one (1) luncheon ticket and those that are at $500 and above will receive two (2) luncheon tickets. Additional luncheon tickets are $25 each.

Early Bird Special

If you register for table or cash sponsorship of $500 by December 27, 2019, your company's logo will appear on event invitations, emails and on AzAA's website.
