The 2024 "Dutch Bertholf" Spring Conference will take place April 21 - April 23, 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn Yuma Pivot Point.

Neilson A. Bertholf, known to everyone as "Dutch", worked more than 50 years in the aviation industry. Dutch was an early instrumental leader in AzAA and the Spring AzAA Conference was named after Dutch following his retirement from his final position, Director of the City of Phoenix Aviation Department, overseeing Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Deer Valley Airport and Goodyear Airport.
