The AzAA Board of Directors has met and made the difficult decision to postpone our Spring Conference in Marana. We took into account the recommendations from the CDC and the Arizona Department of Health as well as the safety and comfort of our members. While we know this is the best decision given the circumstances, we are sad that we will not be able to network and continue to learn together this spring. 

We are working with the hotel to find a 2021 date to meet in Marana and will announce that date as soon as it is available. 

We will plan to have a virtual General Membership meeting on April 28 at 12:00 PM. More details will be sent in the coming weeks. In addition to our standard business, we will also take this opportunity to present the winners of our annual awards. 

Please see the important information below regarding your registration and hotel reservations:

• All conference registrations will be automatically cancelled. Payments made via credit card will automatically be refunded to the card you paid with. If you paid by check, our team will be in touch with you in order to refund your registration via check. Please let us know if you have not received your refund or been contacted by our team by Tuesday, March 31. 
• All hotel reservations will automatically be cancelled. If you included an email address in your reservation, a notification will automatically be sent. We expect the hotel to cancel all reservations by end of the day on Wednesday, March 18.
